Hi, my name is Pushker Sigdel!
I have had a fulfilling career in the Health and Social Care Industry. I started off as a Finance Manager in a Health Care company. As time passed, I became more involved in the operations side of things and this gave me a chance to work with regulators such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and local authorities. I found that I was passionate about the industry and that my work was making a positive difference in the lives of the people we served. I enjoyed working with people.
Eventually, I joined Eleanor Health Care Group in the year 2022 which is one of the best decisions I ever made. The support from Marc and the senior management is tremendous. I am currently serving as a Centre Manager in Astley Day Centre (Bromley). I found that I was able to use my skills and expertise to make a real impact on the organizations and the people in Astley. I am grateful for the opportunities that Eleanor has given me and I am excited to continue to make a difference in the lives of people around me.
