Rose House can accommodate up to 16 adults with learning disabilities and/or physical, high care and/or complex needs, including dementia.
Our 16 single bedrooms, six of which feature en-suite facilities, are designed to provide residents with a personal and comfortable space to call their own. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms, making them feel truly at home.

Our specialist team of care and support workers are trained to provide personalised care for residents with learning disabilities and other challenging behaviours.
We focus on supporting residents to develop independent living skills, empowering them to live confidently away from family and friends.
Residents have access to comfortable communal areas and facilities located over three floors, where they can engage in therapeutic and leisure activities.
Our large communal dining room is regularly used for group meals, meetings, and activities. Much of the fruit and vegetables used in meals are grown in our own garden’s raised beds.

At Rose House, we are proud to have Shannon Justin as our Registered Manager. With over 12 years of experience in the health and social care sector, Shannon brings invaluable expertise to our team. Her main experience lies in working with adults with learning disabilities, supplemented by a background in hospitals, particularly on maternity units. Shannon obtained her NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management in 2016.
Shannon’s vision for Rose House aligns perfectly with our commitment to excellence. She envisions Rose House as one of the best homes for all our residents—a place where the satisfaction, happiness and well-being of our residents and staff are of top priority.
