The experience with the carers was very positive. They provided a high-quality service. A special mention should be made for Larla who was here on Saturday morning when Dad was starting to pass. Her quick thinking caused me to phone 999 at her suggestion. This meant that Dad received the appropriate treatment by the paramedic which greatly reduced his suffering during his final hours. Please extend my thanks to her and her colleague who were in attendance on Saturday morning. They did an excellent job and we are very grateful.
There was another high-quality carer. Unfortunately, we can`t remember his name but Mum describes him as being very tall. He did a good job too.
To be honest the quality of service level was very high. Thank you for arranging this.

Superb
We had superb service from Eleanor Nursing & Social Care, the carer who led the team rarely took time off and made sure that shifts were covered and visits made promptly. My late husband was very independent-minded and not someone who liked asking for help, but he grew to be very fond of the carers and welcomed their visits. On the day he died the team came to pay their respects, a real personal touch that was a great comfort; two of them also came to his memorial event. Thank you for your love and kindness.

I have enclosed 6 gift tokens for your staff to say thank you for the care which was given to my husband from July 2020 to the day of his death, May 2021.
Lola was the first person to our home when my husband came out of the hospital, took one look at the "set up" in the bedroom and called 999. MY husband was unable to move his body after 3 days in the hospital. Lola got him moved back to MayDay where he spent 2 weeks. Lola and Addai were the last to care for my husband on their lunchtime call.
I cannot thank your company enough for looking after my husband and the time they spent talking to me and making sure I was OK!

I want to pass on my huge gratitude for the care she received from all the carers but in particular Agness & Yvette. They have cared for mum for a long time now and have become like family as ours was no quiet household which they embraced and dealt with daily.
